Welcome to Gem State of Mind! We are an Idaho-based brand that aims to share and discuss stories about our beautiful state and sell some fun merch along the way. From our state’s history to wild college anecdotes, and potatoes, we want to share those untold stories that paint the best picture of what Idaho is all about.
It all started with a name that captivates the idea of being an Idahoan. The state of being within a short drive of the wilderness, always having that small-town feeling no matter how fast our communities grow but also opening our arms to all visitors and migrants alike because we love showing them around to our favorite spots (not including fishing spots, because those are top secret). Let’s be honest, people travel to Idaho from all over the world because it is so awesome, so it’s important to share their stories, too.
After the name, we created a logo that reflects on Idaho’s history as the gem state while incorporating a mountain skyline with colors that can be found in a sunset - a view that can be seen in many parts of the state on any given day.
